No more "where's my car" calls. No answering the same question twice.

Book the order like you always do. Your customer gets a text with a link to an app under your name, and the app answers their questions.

GPS tracker add-on

When a customer needs a live map, ship one with the car.

An LTE tracker rides with the vehicle. Your customer sees the last reported position with the time it came in, and arrival milestones as the truck gets close.

This is the one place the app tracks a vehicle in real time. On every other order it shows the milestones the record holds, each with its time.

You decide which cars get one, order by order. It is the car your customer is anxious about, the enclosed load, the one going 2,000 miles.

The device

An LTE unit shipped with the vehicle. Nothing for the driver to install.

On the screen

A live map, the last reported position with its time, and arrival milestones.

Where it sits

Intermediate and above. $25 a tracker, $550 for 25 or $1,800 for 100, shipping included. You set what your customer pays, or include it free.

Without a tracker the position card stays hidden. The app never guesses where the car is.

Answers

Will the driver call before pickup?

From the answer library

Yes. Drivers usually call the day before pickup to set a time, and again when they are close. If your pickup window passes with no inspection, you get a text the next morning.

Related

What does my pickup window mean?

Can I leave belongings in the car?

What if nobody is home at delivery?

When the library has no sure answer, the app says so and gives you Your Brokerage's number.

Answers in the app

The questions that cause the arguments, answered before they get asked.

Your customer types the question in their own words, any time of day. The app answers from a library already written for auto transport, including the hard ones that turn into disputes when nobody explains them up front.

When it can't find a sure answer, it says so and points them to your number. You get the calls that need a person, not the ones a page could answer.

When will the driver call me, and how much notice do I get?

What does a pickup window actually mean?

Why would a carrier ask for more than the quote?

What do the eight inspection photos cover?

Can I leave belongings in the car?

What happens if nobody is home at delivery?

Most of what goes wrong in this industry is a customer who was never told how it works. A price that can move, a window that is not an appointment, a driver who calls the day before. Explained at the start, none of those is a complaint.

Where these numbers come from

3 status calls per car, the low end of the 3 to 5 freight brokers report (Carrier1, 2026). About 6 minutes a call (Sprinklr, 2025). 40% handled by proactive updates and a tracking page, the low end of 40 to 75% (ClickPost, 2026, e-commerce). 14% of what’s left resolved by self-service (Gartner, 2024). $24.20 an hour, the national median for dispatchers (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, May 2025).

Pricing

Three tiers. Free cars every month on every one.

A car counts when your customer confirms the order or when it's dispatched, whichever comes first. Free cars reset every month. Every tier starts with a 30-day trial, and your console is ready the moment you check out. You bring your own CRM, and a dispatch system is optional.

FAQ

Six questions brokers ask first

Does AutoPortation insure the vehicle?

No. The carrier's cargo policy is the policy of record. The app shows its amount and expiry as facts from the verification record.

Can my customers track the car in real time?

Only on orders with the GPS tracker add-on. On every other order they see the milestones the record holds, each with its time.

Does it replace my CRM or dispatch system?

No. You keep both. On Pro, we connect AutoPortation to your existing CRM and dispatch system during implementation, which takes 3 to 5 business days. On Basic and Intermediate, orders go in through the console's intake form.

What do my customers see?

Your name and your colors on every screen, at Intermediate and above. On Basic they see the AutoPortation brand.

What does the driver need?

A phone and the link. Nothing to install. If you already have an API with your dispatch system, you do not need the driver link at all.

Who approves a price increase?

Your customer, in the app. Never the carrier, and silence is never consent.

Book the order. The app takes the calls.

Your console is ready the moment you check out. 30 days free, and you keep your CRM, your dispatch board and your carriers.
